- it had to be toned down. You will get a laugh at this book chapter by
chapter as each chapter has a theme to follow to give you a good
old laugh, you ain't gonna be disappointed. Hardback, A5 size, 78 pages.

sized £5.99) The complainers bible, this book started out as being
a guide to the league table of the best and worst of consumer suppliers,
how different it turned out to be. It ended up as battle of David and Goliath
proportions. The author learned how sly the food industry is
when he was pursued by the police after a large company made a complaint
to them. Again it shows the one law for them and none for us syndrome
that we see every day in the UK. Would you be able to phone the police
up and ask for Richard Branson to be locked up just because one of his
trains was late, of course not yet Steve was locked up after the police
kicked one of his team's door in and along with six police officers searched
for over three hours. Richards assaulted product after product, beat
the living daylights out of vacuum cleaners and froze electric shavers
in tests that would have the SAS on their knees. Find out what happened
when he took a national drinks company to court after they admitted
their bottles had rusty tops, did he win, what happened? See the
